The lawsuit including long time UFC star Tony Ferguson has actually reached a resolution.
Monday, Judge Shannon K. Cooley, of Superior Court of Los Angeles County (Calif.), ruled on a plea offer reached by the prosecution and defense, according to online court records.
A misdemeanor DUI charge versus Ferguson was dismissed by the court. In turn, Ferguson pleaded nolo contendere to one misdemeanor charge of damp negligent driving upon a highway. As an outcome, Ferguson will be needed to serve one year of probation.
Conditions of probation consist of not driving after consuming alcohol in any quantifiable quantity and paying restitution to the victim, to name a few terms.
